We here at Niko's Exotic Bird Rescue are a non-profit organization committed to taking in exotic birds and helping them find their new long term home. Exotic birds are in the top 3 pets brought into homes across America today. Sadly birds are also on the top 5 list of pets who are given up for adoption or their owners did not realize the responsibility in taking care of their winged friends leaving the birds scared, malnutrition, or leading to health problems that need medical attention. Some birds are also very well taken care of and just have to be rehomed for medical reasons, or for the safety of the bird. At Niko's Exotic Bird Rescue we take in these sweet babies and try to rehome them so they can have a wonderful long life with people who they can call their forever mom's and dad's.
